Shipping Policy

 

We, ZorbaCreations provides Free Shipping for prepaid orders above INR 999/- across India.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 10 days of ordering.
  • Once dispatched, the order will reach your address within 6-8 working days with the help of our delivery partners.
  • Each product undergoes final quality checks, hygiene checks, tagging, and packaging before shipment.
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
  • For any modifications in delivery details, please email us at zorbacreationss@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing the order.

 

Order Tracking

  • A tracking ID will be shared via email once the order is ready for dispatch.
  • Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking ID.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash/Payment on Delivery is available with a flat charge of INR 100 per order. COD is applicable only for purchases up to INR 5000. Orders exceeding this amount require online payment.
  • This COD charge is non-refundable in case of returns/exchange.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the barring of COD facility without prior notice.

Order Refusal & Re-shipping Policy

  • If a customer refuses to accept an order at the time of delivery and the order is subsequently returned to Zorba Creations, no refund will be issued. we will resend your order and customer will have to pay shipping charges again.

  • Once the refused order is received back by Zorba Creations, the order can be re-dispatched to the customer upon confirmation.

  • The customer will be required to pay the applicable shipping and re-shipping charges before the order is dispatched again. These charges may include the original shipping cost, return-to-origin (RTO) charges, re-shipping charges, and any additional logistics or handling charges incurred during the return and re-dispatch process.

  • This policy applies when a customer refuses delivery, declines to accept the package, is unavailable or unwilling to receive the order, or rejects the order after it has been dispatched.

  • The re-shipping process will be initiated only after the returned order has been successfully received by Zorba Creations and the customer has confirmed their request to have the order re-dispatched.

  • Customers are strongly advised to accept their orders once they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Zorba Creations as early as possible, preferably before the order is shipped, to avoid additional shipping and return charges.
